Adult Athletic Performance Training

The training focus of these adult programs is to create the most challenging and physically demanding workout ever experienced.

Improvement in total body strength, endurance, core stabilization, and flexibility are the goals of each class session. These one hour programs are very unique in the respect of our Zero Gravity Performance Method.

Our science-based method allows us to design each workout in a way that will lead to optimal training results. What to expect. -each athlete will have an initial assessment to ensure that the athlete can safely perform exercises with good form.

If no technique or conditioning training is necessary, they can begin classes immediately -There is an introductory program for those that need adjustments in form, technique, powermetrics, flexibility, etc.

A home exercise program will also be given out to each individual.

The workout consists of:

  • Dynamic warm-up
  • Technique training
  • Intense workout-heart rate will be monitored for caloric output and performance monitoring. We also do cardio coaching throughout the session and each individual will receive the results of their session via email.
  • Cool-down, stretch, and trigger point therapy

Each workout is a maximum of 1 hour.
